Brand new Dribbling program. The idea of the program is simple, to make you a better player at the end of the 7 sessions. The idea if this program is to try and complete it in 7 days but I am not going to lie that will be very hard to do as this program is HARD on the legs & lungs!
So what I suggest is fit these sessions into your weekly routine, whether you do 1 a week, 2 a week etc, it is completely up to you!

- Rebound board (optional)
- Work rate
